Prior to founding Cinc., Peter was a partner at EY for 8 years, leading their Supply Chain Practice for Oceania and the global lead for 'Intelligent Operations'.
Peter has a Systems Engineering PhD in Lean manufacturing, an Honours degree in Economics and over 20 years of experience as a Lean / process improvement specialist across automotive (Ford and Robert Bosch), heavy vehicle manufacturing, banking and consulting (EY and KPMG). His deep technical understanding of Lean manufacturing has allowed him to successfully apply that knowledge to improve performance across a variety of other operational environments, including banking (retail, business and institutional), insurance, utilities, public sector, retail, health, telecommunications, logistics, IT, wealth management and defence. This includes substantial work in front, middle and back office operating environments driving productivity and cost reduction whilst enhancing customer service and staff engagement.
Peter is a member of the Australian National University Research School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, has guest lectured for the Melbourne Business School Executive MBA program in ‘Lean operations’, is a former President of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (Australia) and was the Victorian Government’s ‘Young Manufacturer of the Year’ (2007).

Steven brings over fourteen years of combined consulting and industry experience across multiple sectors with a broad skillset in operations, strategy, transformation, transactions and advanced analytics. Prior to joining Cinc., Steven held senior consulting roles with Right Lane Consulting (Associate Principal), EY (Senior Manager – Business Transformation in Financial Services and Supply Chain and Operations) and EY-Parthenon (Strategy Consultant). His industry experience includes roles with Abbott/St. Jude Medical, Motorola Solutions, and Schlumberger Oilfield.
Steven creates value by engaging leadership teams for clarity, strengthening the link between strategy and operations, improving strategy execution and uplifting the performance of operational teams. He enjoys working with executives, leadership and management teams to address complex issues, and he is most energised when collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to co-develop solutions, both in leading from the front and in rolling up his sleeves. He has a collaborative, strategic, structured, data-driven and pragmatic approach, with a bias to action. He enjoys bringing fresh perspectives based on first principles and is motivated by bringing clarity and alignment to create value.

Russell has a background in engineering, performance improvement, consulting and business turnaround, gained from working for >25 years around the world as both a consultant and industry specialist. He has worked across a range of sectors including Automotive, Paper & Packaging, Oil and Gas, Construction, Utilities, Software and Retail.
While in the United Kingdom as an associate director with Boxwood (later acquired by KPMG UK), Russell worked extensively with construction and infrastructure organisations to improve project performance and contract profitability. More recently in Australia with Orora and Opal Packaging, he led in-house strategy and business turnaround functions as well as the acquisition and integration of multiple ‘bolt-on’ businesses. Following acquisition by a Japanese conglomerate in 2020, Russell headed the integration of the newly formed 5,000 person Australian paper and packaging business to deliver transaction synergies.

Michael is a senior consultant and joined Cinc. with 2 years prior experience with EY's Supply Chain & Operations Practice. Before his consulting career Michael spent 5 years in warehousing and logistics (customer fulfilment, pick and pack, inventory replenishment, receivals, dispatch and relocations). Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce with double Majors in Finance and Accounting. His consulting work to date has largely focused on Manufacturing, FMCG and Emergency Services sectors, delivering on complex business case development, implementation and stakeholder engagement projects.
